摘要:目的观察“热补针法”与普通针刺对光明穴对应穴区幼鼠体表温度的影响。方法选取20只清洁级SD幼鼠随机分为普通针刺组和热补针法组,每组10只。均对光明穴进行针刺,普通针刺组“得气”后留针1 min,热补针法组“得气”后配合手法操作留针1 min,两组幼鼠均进行针刺8 d;应用远红外热成像仪测量两组大鼠针刺前后左、右侧光明穴对应区域体表温度,并比较针刺前后变化情况。结果与常规针刺组比较,热补针法组幼鼠针刺后局部血运增强,对应表皮温度升高。针刺后两组幼鼠左侧、右侧光明穴温度较针刺前升高,且热补针法组高于常规针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着针刺时间的延长(针刺2、4、6、8 d),光明穴区域体表温度逐渐升高,且热补针法组高于常规针刺组(P<0.05)。结论“热补针法”可有效提升光明穴“得气”后血运速度与体表温度。
Objective To observe the effect of"hot-mending needle method"and ordinary acupuncture on the surface temperature of young mice in the corresponding acupoint area.Methods 20 clean SD rats were randomly divided into ordinary acupuncture group and hot-mending acupuncture group,10 rats in each group.Acupuncture was performed on Guangming point,the needle was kept for 1 min after"getting qi"in the ordinary acupuncture group,and the needle was kept for 1 min after the"getting qi"in the hot-complement needle method group,Both groups of young rats were acupunctured for 8 d;the far-infrared thermal imager was used to measure the surface temperature of the left and right Guangming point of the two groups of rats before and after acupuncture,and the changes before and after acupuncture were compared.Results Compared with the conventional acupuncture group,the local blood flow in the hot-complement acupuncture group increased after acupuncture,corresponding to an increase in epidermal temperature(P<0.05).After acupuncture,the temperature of the bright points on the left and right sides of the two groups of young rats was higher than that before the acupuncture,and the hot-mending group was higher than the conventional acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and with the needle when the acupuncture time was prolonged(acupuncture 2,4,6,8 d),the surface temperature of Guangming point area gradually increased,and the hot-mending group was higher than the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion"hot-mending needle method"can effectively increase the blood velocity and body surface temperature after"getting qi"at Guangming point.
