摘要:目的:探讨敦煌下瘀血方对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症模型大鼠影响。方法:将50只SPF级雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组及低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,除空白组外均进行盆腔炎性疾病后遗症造模。造模30天后,空白组及模型组予以生理盐水4 mL,高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组则灌服下瘀血方,每天一次,共15天。结果:灌药结束后,除模型组外,其余各组大鼠体重均较造模前有增长,与造模前相比较P分别<0.05、<0.01;而模型组与其余各组比较,体质量较低,P<0.01。与模型组相比较,空白组、中剂量组和高剂量组大鼠血白细胞介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)升高,空白组、高剂量组血白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1,IL-1β)降低,P<0.05、P<0.01;与空白组、高剂量组相比,低剂量组大鼠血IL-2降低、中剂量大鼠血IL-1β升高,P<0.05、P<0.01;高剂量组大鼠血IL-1β与低剂量组相比较,P<0.05。结论:敦煌下瘀血方能使盆腔炎性疾病后遗症模型大鼠血IL-2升高、IL-1β降低。
Objective: To investigate the effects of the Dunhuang Xiayuxue prescription (敦煌下瘀血方) on rats with sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: Fifty female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the blank group, the model group, the low-dose group, the middle-dose group, and the high-dose group. All the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were modeled except the blank group. After 30 days of modeling, the blank group and the model group were given 4 mL of normal saline. The high-dose group, the middle-dose group and the low-dose group were given the Dunhuang Xiayuxue prescription. Results: After the filling, except for the model group, the body weight in the other groups was increased compared with that before the model establishment, P<0.05, P<0.01. That in the model group was lowest, P< 0.01. Compared with the model group, the blood IL-2 level was increased in the blank group, the middle dose group and the high dose group. The blood IL-1β was decreased in the blank group and the high dose group, P<0.05, P<0.01. Compared with the blank group and the high dose group, the serum IL-2 level was decreased in the low dose group, and serum IL-1β increased in the medium-dose rat, P<0.05, P<0.01. Conclusion: The Dunhuang Xiayuxue prescription can increased blood IL-2 and decrease IL-1β in rats with sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease.
