摘要：目的:探索健步通络熏蒸液防治膝关节骨性关节炎的机制及其临床意义,为辨证施治提供依据。方法:选用Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为正常组,健步通络熏蒸液组,模型组,扶他林组。建立膝关节骨性关节炎模型,用药8周后处死动物,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清和关节液中IL-1β、MMP-3的含量及行病理切片观察软骨组织的形态学变化。结果:膝骨性关节炎大鼠血清和关节液中TNF-α、MMP-3明显高于正常组和治疗组。结论:健步通络熏蒸液减少了各种细胞活性因子的渗出,从而减轻了各种细胞因子对关节软骨的损害,直接或间接改善了软骨基质代谢,促进软骨修复。
Objective：To explore the mechanism and clinical significant of the fluid of JianbuTongluo fumigation for conrolling and ma ring knee osteoarthritis, and to provide the basis for the syndrome differentiation. Methods：Thirty-two Wistar rats were randomty di vided into normal group, JianbuTongluo group, model group, and Voltaren group. The model of osteoarthritis knee was establishment and the rats were killed 8 weeks after treatment. The levels of TNFα and MMP3 in serum and synovial were detect by ELSA method and the morphologieal changes of cartilage was observed by pathological examination. Results：The levels of TNF-α and MMP 3 in rats serum and synovial of model group were obviously higher than the normal group and treatment group. Conclusion.. The flukl of jianbu Tongluo fumigation can improve the cartilage matrix metabolism and promote repaired of cartilage by reducing the leakage of cell activity factor and thereby reducing articular cartilage damage by variety cytokines.
