摘要:通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为五味子:功效主要为收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心。症靶为咳嗽、遗精。标靶为高转氨酶。现代药理发现五味子及其有效成分具有抗炎、镇静、催眠、提高心肌活性、保肝、降转氨酶、减轻肾损伤等作用。本品无毒,但是外有表邪,内有实热,咳嗽初起,麻疹初起患者不宜应用。临床使用剂量为2~30 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索五味子用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature, the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine, and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical medicine and Chinese materia medica, it is believed that Chinese magnoliavine fruit has the following characteristics: Its effects mainly lie in arresting and astringing, benefiting qi for promoting production of fluid, tonifying the kidney and calming the heart.Its symptom targets are cough, spermatorrhea. Its biochemical indicator target is high transaminase. Modern pharmacology deems that its active components have the effects of anti-inflammation, sedation, hypnosis, improving myocardial activity, protecting the liver, reducing transaminase, alleviating kidney injury, etc. The herb is non-toxic, but it should not be taken by patients who have superficies pathogens, interior excessive heat, cough or measles in their initial stage. Its clinical dosage range is 2-30 g. When taken orally, according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease, Chinese magnoliavine fruit should be used based on a specific syndrome or the dose-effect relationship between the drug and its symptom targets and biochemical indicator targets.
