摘要:优化运脾通肠方的提取工艺并解析挥发油成分。采用超声提取法,在单因素考察基础上,结合正交试验法优化运脾通肠方的提取工艺,采用水蒸气蒸馏法测定挥发油得率并对其成分进行GC-MS解析。结果显示,优选的最佳提取工艺为A_(2)B_(3)C_(3),即无水乙醇超声提取,液料比为22∶1(mL∶g),提取温度60℃,提取次数3次;挥发油得率为0.29%,原药材中挥发油得率为0.35%,共鉴定出85种挥发性成分,主要包括酸类、酯类、醛类、烷烃类等。超声结合有机溶剂提取中药复方挥发油,操作简单、工艺稳定,可为复方化学成分的研究提供参考。
The objective was to optimize the extraction process of Yunpi Tongchang prescription and analyze the components of volatile oil.On the basis of single factor investigation,ultrasonic extraction method was used combined with orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process of Yunpi Tongchang prescription and steam distillation method was used to determine the yield of volatile oil and its components were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was A_(2)B_(3)C_(3),ultrasonic extraction with anhydrous ethanol and the ratio of liquid to solid was 22∶1(mL∶g),the extraction temperature was 60℃,and the number of extractions was 3 times.The yield of volatile oil was 0.29% and the yield of volatile oil in the original medicinal plants was 0.35%.A total of 85 volatile components were identified,mainly including acids,esters,aldehydes,alkanes,etc.The extraction of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine compound by ultrasound combined with organic solvents is simple to operate and technically stable,which can provide a reference for the study of chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine compound.
