摘要：目的通过文献计量学分析,揭示关于全身麻醉(全麻)患者复苏期护理的研究热点及前沿,为今后全麻复苏期护理及相关研究提供指导。方法应用CiteSpace5.8.R4文献计量学软件,对中国知网(CNKI)数据库建库至2022年3月收录的全麻复苏期护理的相关文献进行分析。结果共纳入有效文献1197篇,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势;研究人群以小儿和老年患者为主;热点手术类型包括开胸手术和腹部手术;研究内容是全麻复苏期并发症护理及应激护理;复苏期患者心理护理、保温护理及提高复苏质量是目前研究热点。结论全麻复苏期护理处于发展阶段,缺乏完整的复苏期护理方案和护理体系,未来应重视该领域的研究,制定有效、系统的复苏期护理方案,提高患者复苏质量,减少术后并发症。
Objective To reveal the research hotspots and frontiers of nursing care of patients undergoing general anesthesia during recovery stage through bibliometric analysis, and provide guidance for future general anesthesia recovery nursing and related research.Methods The CiteSpace5.8.R4 bibliometric software was used to analyze the relevant literature on general anesthesia recovery nursing from the establishment of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database to March 2022.Results A total of 1 197 valid papers were included, and the annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend.The study population was mainly pediatric and elderly patients;the hot surgical types included thoracotomy and abdominal surgery;the study contents included complication nursing and stress nursing during recovery of general anesthesia;the current research hotspots were psychological nursing, warm-keeping nursing and improving resuscitation quality of patients during recovery.Conclusion General anesthesia recovery nursing is in the development stage, and there is currently a lack of complete recovery nursing plan and nursing system.In the future, it is supposed to pay attention to research in this field, formulate an effective and systematic recovery nursing plan, improve the quality of patient resuscitation, and reduce postoperative complications.
