摘要：目的:总结超声提取的原理及技术在中药挥发油提取方面的研究进展。方法:通过查阅近年来超声技术在中药挥发油提取方面的文献,进行综合分析。结果:超声提取技术在中药挥发油提取领域中应用广泛,可用于根及根茎类、叶类、花类、果实类等不同种类的中药挥发油提取。其工艺应用范围广,提取高效简便,但仍需进一步深入研究。结论:超声提取技术是一种省时、节能、提取效率高的新方法,在中药提取中具有广阔的应用前景和开发价值。
Objective： To summarize the principle and technology of ultrasonic extraction in the extraction of volatile oil fromtraditional Chinese medicine. Methods： By reviewing the recent literature on the extraction of volatile oil from traditional Chinesemedicine by ultrasonic technology, a comprehensive analysis was made. Results： Ultrasonic extraction technology is widely used inthe extraction of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine. It can be used for the extraction of volatile oil from different kinds oftraditional Chinese medicine, such as root and rhizome, leaf, flower, fruit and so on. The technology has wide application range andhigh efficiency, but it needs further study. Conclusion： Ultrasonic extraction technology is a new method of saving time, savingenergy and high extraction efficiency, It has broad application prospect and development value in the extraction of traditionalChinese medicine.
