摘要：小儿过敏性鼻炎是儿科常见病、多发病、难治病,近年来随着现代化建设以及环境污染等问题,小儿过敏性鼻炎发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响小儿的生活质量、生长发育,严重者可波及周围器官,且治疗该病目前尚无统一定论,该文通过系统分析近年来治疗本病的概况,阐述了该病的病因病机、中医内治法、外治法以及预防与调护,为临床提供新的思路与方法,以期寻求新的诊疗思路与方法,从而减少本病的发病率与复发率,减轻患儿痛苦,提高生活质量。
Children allergic rhinitis is common disease,frequently-occurring disease,difficult in pediatrics,in recent years,with the modernization construction as well as such problems as environmental pollution,there is an upward trend in incidence of pediatric allergic rhinitis,the serious influence children’s quality of life,growth and development,severe cases can be spread to the surrounding organs,and treatment of the disease there is no unified conclusion,based on the systematic analysis of general situation of treatment of the disease in recent years,this paper expounds the cause and pathogenesis of the disease,Chinese medicine treatment,the treatment and prevention and regulating,for clinical provides new train of thought and method,in order to seek new treatment idea and method,thus reducing the incidence of the disease and the recurrence rate,relieve pain,children improve the quality of life.
