摘要：敦煌医方为敦煌医学的重要组成部分,疗风虚瘦弱方原名为产后风虚瘦弱方,法国编号为P·3930,是敦煌医理类著作《头、目产病方书》中的方剂之一,主要为治疗血虚气弱、阴不敛阳、阳气浮越所设。骨折术后发热是骨科临床工作最常见的症状之一,排除感染因素后,西医对症处理往往效果欠佳。笔者基于中医学“甘温除热”法运用敦煌医方疗风虚瘦弱方治疗骨折术后血虚发热,取得了令人满意的疗效,希冀为敦煌医学应用于中医骨伤临床提供新的思路。
Dunhuang(敦煌)medical prescription is an important part of Dunhuang medicine.The prescription for wind-deficiency-emaciation,of which the French number was P-3930,was originally set for the patients with the disease of wind-deficiency-emaciation after delivery.It is one of the prescriptions in the Dunhuang medical science classical work"The Book of Head,Eye and Obstetric Diseasse",and is applied mainly for the treatment of blood deficiency and weakness,yin not converging Yang,and Yang floating over.Fever after fracture is one of the most common symptoms in orthopaedic clinical work,and after excluding infectious factors,symptomatic treatment in Western medicine is often ineffective.The author applies Dunhuang medical prescription for treating blood deficiency and fever after fracture based on the method of"relieving fever with sweet-warm medicinals"in Chinese medicine,and has achieved satisfactory results,the application is summarized,hoping to provide new ideas for the application of Dunhuang medicine in Chinese orthopedic clinical practice.
