摘要：目的了解碧口镇村民高血压病患病情况,为制订农村高血压病预防措施提供参考。方法我们于2011年10—11月采取随机抽样的方法抽取该镇18岁及以上居民共1 628人,采取入户面访方式进行高血压病患病情况及相关危险因素调查。结果本次调查共发现高血压病患者256例,高血压病患病率为15.72%;60岁及以上年龄组高血压病患病率最高(39.88%);不同文化程度、不同体重、不同腰臀比、不同心率、不同平均动脉压和不同脉压差村民高血压病患病率比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同性别村民高血压病患病率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论该镇村民高血压病患病率低于2002年全国水平。应根据不同人群采取有针对性的预防措施,加强健康宣教,倡导健康的生活方式,提高人群对高血压病的早发现和早干预意识,从而降低高血压病的患病率。
OBJECTIVE Understand the hypertension prevalence for residents in Bikou Town,provide the reference for the prevention measures in rural areas.METHODS We sampled by random sampling method the town residents aged 18 years and above a total of 1 628 people from October to November in 2011,take home interview for the prevalence of hypertension and related risk factors were investigated.RESULTS The survey found total 256 cases of essential hypertension,prevalence rate of hypertension was 15.72%;hypertension in 60 and older age group had the highest prevalence（39.88%）;different culture level,body weight,waist hip ratio,different rate,different mean arterial pressure and different pulse pressure of hypertension prevalence rate of villagers were statistically the difference（P〈0.05）;different gender villagers hypertension prevalence rate has no difference in statistics.CONCLUSION In the town,the hypertension prevalence rate of residents is lower than the national level in 2002.Different groups of people need corresponding preventive measures to reduce the prevalence of hypertension,such as strengthening health education,advocating healthy life style,enhancing the crowd to hypertension early discovery,early intervention consciousness.
