摘要：通过对古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的多位专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为瓜蒌:功效主要为清热涤痰,宽胸散结,润燥滑肠。症靶为胸闷胸痛和燥热咳嗽。标靶为高血糖。现代药理研究发现瓜蒌及其有效成分具有扩张冠状动脉、抗心肌缺血、改善糖脂代谢、祛痰止咳、致泻等作用。本品无毒,但脾胃虚寒,便溏及寒痰、湿痰者需慎服。临床使用剂量6~40 g,当辨病辨证使用。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that snakegourd fruit has the following characteristics:Its eff ects are mainly clearing heat and dissipating phlegm,relieving chest stiff ness to resolve masses,and moistening dryness for relaxing bowels.Its symptom targets are oppression and pain in the chest and cough.Its biochemical indicator target is high blood glucose.The modern pharmacology has found that snakegourd fruit and its eff ective components can play the roles of dilating coronary arteries,anti-myocardial ischemia,improving glucose and lipid metabolism,dispelling phlegm and relieving cough,causing diarrhea,etc.With a non-toxic eff ect,it also should be taken with caution for those with the syndromes of defi cient cold of the spleen and stomach,loose stool,cold-phlegm,dampness-phlegm.Its clinical dosage range is 6-40 g.When taking orally,it should be used according to diff erent diseases or diff erent stages of the same disease.
