摘要：肺纤维化(PF)是一种慢性进行性肺病,其特征是纤维化肺泡壁增厚,气体交换功能受损,进而导致呼吸衰竭。线粒体是能量产生和其他细胞过程的重要细胞器,它们的功能障碍与各种疾病有关。线粒体质量控制(MQC)对于维持线粒体和细胞内稳态至关重要,研究表明肺细胞中线粒体氧化应激反应、线粒体生物发生、动力学、自噬、钙稳态、细胞凋亡等环节是促进PF的主要机制,可见线粒体质量对PF进展有重大影响。近年来多项研究发现中医药通过调节上述机制而靶向调控MQC防治PF,文章通过对MQC与PF的相关机制及中医药靶向调控MQC治疗PF的研究进展进行梳理,以期为中医药防治PF提供新的策略和方向。
Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is a chronic progressive lung disease characterized by thickening of the fibrotic alveolar walls and impaired gas exchange function.This impairment ultimately leads to respiratory failure.Mitochondria are important organelles responsible for energy production and other cellular processes,and their dysfunction is associated with various diseases.The mitochondrial quality control system(MQC)is crucial for maintaining mitochondrial and cellular homeostasis.Studies have shown that mitochondrial oxidative stress,mitochondrial biogenesis,dynamics,mitophagy,calcium homeostasis,apoptosis and other processes in lung cells are the main mechanisms in promoting PF.Thus,mitochondrial quality significantly impacts the progression of PF.In recent years,numerous studies have demonstrated that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prevents and treats PF by targeting and regulating MQC through modulation of these mechanisms.This article reviews the mechanisms linking MQC to PF and summarizes the research progress on TCM in targeting and regulating MQC for PF treatment,aiming to provide new strategies and directions for TCM-based prevention and treatment of PF.
