摘要:基于中药材废渣高值化利用目的,以黄芪水提废渣为碳源前驱体,乙二胺为钝化剂,水热法一步绿色简便合成黄芪水提废渣衍生碳量子点(N-ACQDs)。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、荧光光谱(FL)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对合成的N-ACQDs进行表征。结果表明:所制备的N-ACQDs表面富含—COOH、—OH和—NH_(2),可基于内滤波效应对Co^(2+)进行特异选择性定量快速测定,荧光猝灭线性范围为2~60μmol/L(R^(2)=0.99651),检出限为0.31μmol/L。将该方法应用于实际水样中Co^(2+)测定,加标回收率为97.28%~103.24%,RSD<3.14%。此外,N-ACQDs也对革兰氏菌(S.aureus和E.coli)表现出良好的抑制活性,当其浓度为0.025μg/mL时可完全抑制自来水中S.aureus和E.coli的生长。因此,N-ACQDs在环境水体Co^(2+)检测及抑菌方面均有良好的应用价值。
For the purpose of high-value utilization of traditional Chinese medicine residues,astragalus aqueous residue-derived carbon quantum dots(N-ACQDs)were synthesized by hydrothermal method using astragalus residues as carbon precursor and ethylenediamine as nitrogen source.The synthesized N-ACQDs were characterized by ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)absorption spectroscopy,photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results showed that the surface of the synthesized N-ACQDs was enriched with—COOH,—OH and—NH_(2),which could be used for specific and selective quantitative and rapid determination of Co^(2+)based on the internal filtering effect.The fluorescence quenching linear range was 2~60μmol/L(R^(2)=0.99651),and the detection limit was 0.31μmol/L.This method was applied to the determination of Co^(2+)in environmental water sample with recoveries ranging from 97.28%~103.24%,and RSD<3.14%.Furthermore,N-ACQDs also exhibited good inhibitory activity against S.aureus and E.coli.At a concentration of 0.025μg/mL,N-ACQDs completely inhibited the growth of S.aureus and E.coli in tap water.The above results indicated that N-ACQDs had good application in Co^(2+)detection in environmental water and antibacterial treatments.
