摘要：皮肤衰老是人类生命过程中必然的规律,是不可抗拒的自然现象,是机体整体老化的一部分,对人的生理、心理都有着重要的影响,抗皮肤衰老这一世界性课题在我国逐渐受到关注。探索皮肤衰老的机制,以便采取措施,综合治理,重视调护、预防等是非常必要的。中医学对人体衰老的认识和机制的探究颇具特色,通过查阅古代中医学文献和现代相关文献就中医学对衰老的认识和机制进行了归纳和总结,如肾虚与衰老、脾虚与衰老等,以期对今后防治衰老的研究提供一些参考。
Aging of skin is an inexorable law and irresistible natural phenomenon in the process of human life. It is a part of integral aging of an organism, and it has an important effect on human＇s physiological and psychological. Anti-aging of skin is a worldwide topic and gradually concerned in China. It is vital to explore the mechanism of aging of skin, and it is good for comprehensive treatment, nursing and prevention. The cognition and exploration of mechanism of TCM on body age is quite distinctive. The authors summarized the cognition and exploration of mechanism of TCM in this paper by reading ancient and modern literatures, such as kidney deficiency and senility, spleen deficiency and senility, and so on, in order to provide some reference for the future researches about the prevention and treatment of aging.
