摘要：本文以黄褐斑的针灸综合治疗为例,阐述了针灸美容治疗中的"技术群"治疗理念,即临床上针对一些难治性、复杂性损美性病症同时或在不同的阶段采用多种技术手段,协同配合,从发病原因、病理机制、临床表现等方面,多角度、多层次、全方位的给予治疗,以期取得更好的疗效。旨在为针灸治疗难治性、复杂性损美性病症提供一种治疗思路。
Taking the comprehensive treatment of chloasma with acupuncture and moxibustion as an example,this paper expounds the concept of "technology group"in the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion cosmetology. That is,to treat some refractory and complex discosmetic dermatosisis in clinical,doctors simultaneously or at different stages sdopt various technical means and cooperate with them to treat patients from multiple angles, levels and all directions from the aspects of pathogenesis,pathological mechanism and clinical manifestations,in order to achieve better curative effect. The aim of this study is to provide a therapeutic idea for the treatment of refractory and complex discosmetic dermatosisis by acupuncture and moxibustion.
