摘要:目的:建立参参康心滴丸原料药中红参、三七的最佳提取方法。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以皂苷总含量和人参皂苷Re为评价指标。结果:最佳提取工艺以加水量8倍,煎煮时间1.5 h,煎煮次数2次为最佳提取条件,符合工厂生产条件,切实可行。结论:通过实验验证,此工艺符合工厂生产条件,方法简便,结果准确,制剂质量稳定,符合中国药典的要求。
Objective:To establish the best extracting method of Panax ginseng and Panax notoginseng for Shenshen kangxin drop. Methods: The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the water extraction process. By means of the yield of saponin and Re as evaluation target, HPLC and speetrophotometer(at 544 nm) were employed for the study. Results: Optimum water-extracting factors were 8 times of water, refluxing and extracting for 1.5 h, for 3 times, and according with the factory' s producing condition, it is feasible for factory to operate them. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is simple convenient, and repeatable. Preparation quality and result are stable and accurate. The process is possible to be used in industrial production.
