摘要：疼痛是疾病最常见的症状之一,因其带来的不愉快体验严重影响患者生活质量和感官情绪,目前临床上广泛使用的镇痛类药物虽然疗效确切,但是其不良反应不容忽视,因此有关研究低不良反应的有效镇痛药物已成为医药界热点话题。中药镇痛在临床中的使用历史悠久,传统中药材威灵仙就是一味镇痛良药,随着现代提取工艺的进步,从威灵仙中相继提取出多种抗炎镇痛的化学活性成分,各种有效成分的镇痛机制也不断被阐明,针对骨骼、肌肉、神经和内脏等多个系统的疼痛均有可观的效果,并且具有“简”“效”“便”“廉”的中医特色优势。通过对威灵仙的本草渊源追溯,有关抗炎镇痛的化学活性成分及相关机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为日后威灵仙镇痛的临床应用和基础研究提供借鉴和参考。
Pain is one of the most common symptoms of diseases. The unpleasant experience it brings seriously affects the quality of life and sensory emotions of patients. Although the clinically widely used analgesics are effective, their side effects cannot be ignored. Therefore, the relevant research is low. Effective analgesics with side effects have become a hot topic in the medical field. Traditional Chinese medicine for analgesia has a long history of clinical use. The traditional Chinese medicinal material Weilingxian(Clematidis Radix Et Rhizoma) is a good analgesic. With the advancement of modern extraction technology, a variety of anti-inflammatory and analgesic chemical active ingredients have been extracted from Weilingxian(Clematidis Radix Et Rhizoma). The analgesic mechanisms of various active ingredients have also been continuously elucidated. They have considerable effects on the pain of multiple systems such as bones, muscles, nerves and internal organs, and have the characteristics of “simplicity”,“efficiency”,“convenience” and “low cost”. This article reviewed the research progress on origins, anti-inflammatory and analgesic chemical active ingredients and related mechanisms of Weilingxian(Clematidis Radix Et Rhizoma),in order to provide reference for the clinical application and basic research of the analgesic effect of Weilingxian(Clematidis Radix Et Rhizoma) in the future.
