摘要：目的:观察补阳还五汤治疗心脏骤停后综合征(PCAS)的临床疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组各20例。对照组给予西医疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上灌服中药补阳还五汤。2组均以14天为1个疗程。结果:格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、瞳孔和眼球变化、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率、呼吸、自主循环恢复时间(ROSC)、血氧饱和度、乳酸值及B型尿钠肽(BNP)浓度2组均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。2组存活率、死亡时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤治疗PCAS疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of BuYang HuanWu Tang in treating post car-diac arrest syndrome （PCAS）. Methods：The 40 PCAS patients were randomized into control and treatment groups with 20 cases in each. The western medical therapy was given to the cases of both groups and BuYang HuanWu Tang were drunk by the patients of treatment group meanwhile. The therapeutic course for treatment was 14 days. Results：The GCS, the changes of pupils and eyeballs, MAP, heart rate, breath, ROSC, oxygen saturation, lactic acid values as well as the BNP concentrations of patients in both groups were all significantly improved （P〈0.05）, and those differences between the two groups had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. In the comparison of survival chances and dead time in both groups, the differences had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：BuYang HuanWu Tang is markedly effective in treating PCAS.
