摘要：高血压是现代临床最常见的心血管疾病之一,也是心脑血管并发症的主要危险因素。中医认为此病的发生与肝、肾、脾等脏腑功能失调密切相关。随着现代医学及分子生物学研究领域的不断深入,肠道菌群与包括高血压在内的诸多心血管疾病的密切联系逐渐被发现和阐释。然而,中医从脏腑论治高血压只有纯中医理论的支撑,其现代科学内涵还需进一步阐明。本文从中西医结合角度出发,基于中医经典文献和肠道菌群的相关研究成果,阐述中医从肝论治高血压的合理性和科学性,以期为高血压的防治及相关研究提供一定依据和新思路。
Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in modern clinical practice,also the main risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the occurrence of this disease is closely related to the dysfunction of liver,kidney,spleen and other viscera.With the deepening of modern medicine and molecular biology research,the close relationship between intestinal flora and many cardiovascular diseases,including hypertension,has gradually been discovered and explained.However,the treatment of hypertension in TCM from Zangfu organs is only supported by pure TCM theory,and its modern scientific connotation still needs to be further clarified.Based on this,the author now explains the rationality and scientificity of treating hypertension from the liver with TCM from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,based on the classic literature of TCM and the results of related research on intestinal flora,in order to provide some basis and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of hypertension and for related research on the disease.
