摘要：中医药作为防治胃癌的一种传统有效的治疗方式在胃癌的防治中发挥重要作用,文章从中医对胃癌的认识及发展,胃癌的中医治法研究,中医证候与客观化指标间的级联关系,中医方药及中西结合治疗胃癌等方面综述近5年中医防治胃癌的相关研究,以期归纳总结中医治疗胃癌的研究发展概况,为中医药参与胃癌的精准防治提供全新的视角。
As a traditional and effective treatment for gastric cancer,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.This paper reviewed the relevant research on the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer in recent five years from the understanding and development of TCM for gastric cancer,the research on the treatment of gastric cancer by TCM,the cascade relationship between TCM syndromes and objective indicators,and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of gastric cancer to summarize the research and development of TCM in the treatment of gastric cancer,and provide a new perspective for the precise prevention and treatment of gastric cancer by TCM.
