摘要:The body and its normal flora exist as a whole, they are interdependent and mutually restrictive. The traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus membranaceus has a significant effect on the increase of the number of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus, which can reduce the number of Enterobacter and Enterococcus. This article explores the effect of Chinese medicine Huangqi on the regulation of intestinal flora imbalance in rats with ulcerative colitis. A rat model of ulcerative colitis was established by TNBS ethanol method. The adjusted treatment was performed with astragalus. The intestinal flora, intestinal acetic acid content and liver bacterial translocation were detected and compared before and after treatment. The results showed that Astragalus membranaceus had a good adjustment effect on intestinal microecological disorders in rats with ulcerative colitis: 7 days after treatment with Astragalus. The content of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the intestine of rats increased significantly, and the contents of enterococci and enterobacteria decreased. Chinese herbal medicine Astragalus can effectively control the aerobic translocation of the liver. The mechanism may be accomplished by enhancing the phagocytic capacity of the reticuloendothelial system and the body's immunity. Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine Astragalus membranaceus has the function of regulating intestinal microecological disorders and is an ideal micro-ecological regulator. And its role is better than Lizhu changle.
