摘要：目的:比较4种当归炮制品挥发油对兔离体胃底、十二指肠和回肠平滑肌收缩性的影响。方法:采用兔离体胃肠平滑肌条,通过BL-420生物机能实验系统记录胃肠平滑肌等长收缩或舒张的肌张力变化曲线,观察平滑肌收缩幅度和收缩频率,计算抑制率。结果:生当归挥发油(SA)、酒当归挥发油(EA)和土当归挥发油(OA)组胃底、十二指肠和回肠平滑肌收缩幅度明显变小(P<0.05),且组间差异无统计学意义;胃底收缩幅度油当归挥发油(FA)组高于SA和OA组,十二指肠收缩幅度FA组高于SA、EA和OA组,回肠收缩幅度FA组高于SA组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SA、EA和OA组胃底、十二指肠和回肠平滑肌收缩频率明显变小(P<0.05),组间差异无统计学意义,但十二指肠平滑肌收缩频率FA组高于SA组(P<0.05)。结论:SA、EA和OA均能抑制兔离体胃底、十二指肠和回肠平滑肌的收缩性、降低收缩幅度、减慢收缩频率,FA对兔离体胃底、十二指肠和回肠平滑肌的收缩性影响较小。
Objective：Four comparative study of volatile oil of Angelica processed products in isolated rabbit gastric fundus,duodenum and ileum smooth muscle contractility.Methods：Using rabbit gastrointestinal smooth muscle strips in vitro,BL-420 biological function through the experimental system records gastrointestinal smooth muscle contraction or relaxation of the muscle length tension curve,observed contraction of smooth muscle contraction amplitude and frequency,calculated inhibition rate.Results：The results showed that SA,EA and OA group fundus,duodenum and ileum smooth muscle contraction amplitude were significantly smaller（P0.05）;Fundus,duodenum and ileum smooth muscle contraction SA,EA and OA showed no significant difference between groups;FA group than in gastric contraction of SA and OA groups,duodenal contraction amplitude FA group than in SA,EA and OA groups,ileum contraction of FA group than in SA group,there were significant differences between groups（P0.05）;SA,EA and OAgroup of gastric,duodenal and ileal smooth muscle contraction frequency were significantly smaller（P0.05）;Fundus and ileum contraction frequency SA,EA,FA,and OA was no significant difference between groups,However,the frequency of duodenal smooth muscle FA group than in SA group（P0.05）.Conclusion：SA,EA and OA inhibited in isolated rabbit gastric duodenum and ileum smooth muscle contraction and reduce contraction amplitude,slow down the contraction frequency,FA isolated rabbit gastric fundus,duodenum and ileum smooth muscle shrinkage were less affected.
