摘要:以中、西医理论为标准,对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)进行深入分析和归纳,以综合动物模型为例进行分析,了解其造模对象、造模药物、模型特点、药物作用机制及模型成功指标等,对比中西医临床诊断标准,为以后动物模型的构建分析提供整改思路和改进方法。目前有较多的多囊卵巢综合征动物模型造模方法,但是很多动物模型并不能完整体现出多囊卵巢综合征的临床病症,缺乏对动物造模判断的标准。利用目前已有造模方法,根据多囊卵巢综合征动物典型症状,以临床病症为实际参照,提高动物模型与临床诊断的一致性,体现中西医病因病机,寻找PCOS模型造模成功关键靶点网络指标,建立有效指标评价网络系统,多囊卵巢综合征动物模型未来可以此为构建思路。
In this paper,based on theory for the standard between Chinese and western medicine,to deeply analysis and induction,polycystic ovary syndrome in comprehensive animal models,for example analysis,understand the object of building,building drugs,model features,mechanism and model success indicators,such as comparison of Chinese and western medicine clinical diagnosis standard,provide improvement ideas for the construction of animal model after analysis and improvement methods.Currently,there are many animal model modeling methods for polycystic ovary syndrome,but many animal models do not fully reflect the clinical symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome,and there is a lack of criteria for judging the animal model.Using the existing building method,according to the typical symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome animals in clinical symptoms,for practical reference,to improve the consistency of animal models and clinical diagnosis,reflect the western medicine etiology,looking for PCOS model building successful key target network indicators,establish an effective index to evaluate the network system,polycystic ovary syndrome animal model building for the future can the train of thought.
