摘要:目的建立不同生长环境当归药材薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用硅胶GF254薄层板,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-冰乙酸(90∶10∶2)为展开剂,阿魏酸、Z-藁本内酯对照品为对照,采用薄层色谱法对11批不同生长环境当归药材进行定性鉴别。结果不同产地和不同土壤类型生长的当归薄层色谱差异明显,不同海拔生长的当归薄层色谱无明显差异。结论该方法简便、可行,为更好地控制不同生长环境当归药材质量提供了科学依据。
Objective To establish the TLC identification method of Angelicae Sinensis Radix from different growth environment.Methods Silica-GF254-CMCNa plate was used with toluene-ethyl acetate-acetic acid( 90:10:2) as developing solvent,ferulic acid and Z-ligustilide as reference substances. 11 batchs of Angelicae Sinensis Radix from different growth environment were identified by TLC. Results The TLC of samples from different areas and different soil types have obvious difference,but samples from different altitudes have not. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate,which can provide scientific basis to control the quality of Angelicae Sinensis Radix from different growth environment.
