摘要：目的调查甘肃铁棒锤的分布范围及利用现状,为合理开发利用铁棒锤提供科学依据。方法通过查阅文献及走访调查,确定调查区域、调查路线、样地调査区域和样方,并记录生态因子;运用ArcGIS软件分析分布种类、分布区域、分布特点及资源蕴藏量;通过走访调查相关企业,了解铁棒锤使用情况。结果铁棒锤野生资源主要分布于甘肃中部及南部,西部偶有分布,蕴藏量为1.7×10~5 kg;栽培主要分布于永登县武胜驿镇的5个村,产量为10.8×10~5 kg。部分藏药制药企业将甘青乌头、船盔乌头、祁连山乌头与铁棒锤混用。结论基本掌握了甘肃铁棒锤野生及栽培的种类及分布范围,并对其种质资源数量有了了解,但野生资源采挖现象较为严重,应对其采取相关保护措施。
Objective To investigate the distribution range and status quo of the utilization of Aconitum pendulum Busch in Gansu,and to provide a scientific basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of it. Methods By consulting literature and interview investigation,the investigation area,route,the sample plot investigation area and the sample plot were determined,and the ecological factors were recorded. Using ArcGIS software to analyze the distribution species,distribution areas and characteristics,and reserves of resources as well. By interviewing and investigating relevant enterprises to comprehend the use of Aconitum pendulum Busch. Results Wild resources of Aconitum pendulum Busch are mainly distributed in the central and southern parts of Gansu,with occasional distribution in the west,with a resource reserve of 1.7×10~5 kg. And it is mainly cultivated in five villages in Wushengyi Town of Yongdeng County,with the cultivation yield 10.8×10~5 kg. Some Tibetan pharmaceutical companies mix Aconitum tanguticum var. tanguticum,Aconitum naviculare(Bruhl.) Stapf,Aconitum chilienshanicum W.T. Wang and Aconitum pendulum Busch. Conclusion The species and distribution range of the wild and cultivated Aconitum pendulum Busch in Gansu Province have been basically mastered,and the quantity of germplasm resources has been known.However,the phenomenon of wild resources exploitation is serious,and relevant protection measures should be taken.
