摘要：妇女非政府组织对于贫困地区的农村社会救助,涉及生活救助、医疗救助、教育救助和灾害救助等方面,且以生活救助为主。在救助过程中,妇女非政府组织体现出了强大的作用与功能,如拓展农村社会救助渠道、提高农村社会救助供给效率、丰富农村社会救助内容等;但同时也凸显出了一些问题,如运行经费短缺、人力资源匮乏、政府支持力度不够等。
The main assistance forms of women＇s NGO for rural social assistance in poverty areas include the living assistance, medical assistance, education assistance and disaster relief, etc. Among them, the living assistance is given priority to. Women＇s NGO plays a powerful role in the course of the assistance, which expands the channels of rural social assistance, improves the supply efficiency of rural social assistance, enriches the content of rural social assistance, etc. But there exist some problems in this respect, such as the shortage of operating funds, the lack of human resources, insufficient government support and so on.
