摘要:目的:观察车前草多糖与运动对2型糖尿病模型大鼠糖代谢异常的影响。方法:50只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组(C,10只)和糖尿病组(40只),糖尿病组腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素(STZ,60 mg/kg),诱发2型糖尿病,对照组腹腔内注射相应量的柠檬酸缓冲液。注射48 h后确认2型糖尿病建模成功,糖尿病组又分为糖尿病对照组(DM,10只)、糖尿病给药组(DMPP,10只)、糖尿病运动组(DMAE,10只)和糖尿病给药运动组(DMPPAE,10只)。服药组灌胃车前草多糖(150 mg/kg体重),未服药组灌胃相应量的蒸馏水。糖尿病运动组与糖尿病给药运动组大鼠进行6周游泳训练,运动组于最后1次运动后恢复24 h,然后宰杀所有组大鼠,左心室取血,同时取右侧股四头肌及肝组织测试。结果:与糖尿病对照组比较,服用车前草多糖大鼠组经过6周的有氧运动,血糖(fasting blood glucose FBG)和糖化血清蛋白(Glycosylated serum protein GSP)显著降低(P<0.01),血胰岛素(Insulin INS)浓度显著升高(P<0.05);糖尿病大鼠肝糖原(P<0.01)和肌糖原(P<0.05)含量显著增加;血总胆固醇(total cholesterol TC)、甘油三酯(triglyeride TG)和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-C)显著降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDLC)也显著高于糖尿病对照组(P<0.01)。结论:(1)服用车前草多糖与有氧运动能使糖尿病大鼠降低血糖,改善糖尿病时糖代谢紊乱,并可能增加胰岛素的分泌;(2)服用车前草多糖与有氧运动使糖尿病大鼠有效降低血脂,改善血管内皮功能,减少粥样硬化的发生。
objective:To investigate the effect of plantain polysaccharide and aerobic exercise on glycometabolic disorder of rats with type 2 diabetic glucose. Methods:50 rats were randomly divided into two groups of control group(C,10)and diabetic group(40). Rats of diabetic group were induced by intraperitoneal injection with strep to streptozocin(STZ,60 mg/kg),control group were given the corresponding quantity’s citrate buffer solution. After 48 hours,the rats of successful model of type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into four groups:diabetic model group(DM,10),plantain polysaccharide group (DMPP,10),aerobic exercise group(DMAE,10),plantain polysaccharide and aerobic exercise group(DMPPAE,10). The rats of DMPP and DMPPAE were lavaged with plantain polysaccharide(150 mg/kg body weight),The rats of DMAE and DMPPAE were swimming trained for six weeks,all rats were killed in the last training of the exercise group after 24 h,and their blood of left ventricular,the right quadriceps and liver tissue were detected. Results:After six weeks,the rats of DMPPAE compared with DM,the levels of FBG and GSP are dropped significantly(P〈0.01),INS increased significantly(P〈0.05). They are significantly increased in the content of hepatic glycogen(P〈0.01)and muscle glycogen(P〈0.05). They are significantly reduce in blood total cholesterol,triglyceride and LDL-C(P〈0.01),and significantly increase in HDL-C(P〈0.01). Conclusions:1)Plantain polysaccharide and aerobic exercise can reduce fasting blood glucose of diabetic rats,improve glucose metabolism and might be able to enhance insulin secretion. 2)Plantain polysaccharide and aerobic exercise debasing effectively serum lipid of diabetic rats,can improve vascular endothelial function,reduce the occurrence of atherosclerosis.
