摘要：党参是中药方剂中常用的补益药,全国范围内有“璐党”“西党”“条党”等几大商品种类。干燥及加工工艺是保证党参药性与药效非常重要的环节。本文通过考证古今本草文献,整理了党参干燥及加工工艺的发展变化。党参干燥历史从清代始有记录,发展到现代,主要包括晾干、晒干、烘干等,最新版《中国药典》(2015年版)规定党参干燥方法为“晒干”。传统干燥及加工工艺已不能满足产地加工规模化、标准化的需求,急需研究并开发新的、能保证党参药材品质的干燥及加工工艺。
Radix Codonopsis is a commonly used tonics in traditional Chinese medicine formulas.There are several major categories such as"Ludang""Xidang"and"Tiaodang".Drying and processing technology are very important parts of ensuring the medicinal properties and efficacy of Radix Codonopsis.This article has compiled the development of the drying and processing technology of Radix Codonopsis by certificating the ancient and modern herbal literatures.The drying history of Radix Codonopsis has been recorded since the Qing dynasty,and it has developed into modern time,mainly including airing,sun-drying and stoving.The latest edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition)stipulates that the drying method of Radix Codonopsis is"sun-drying".The traditional drying and processing technology cannot meet the needs of large-scale and standardized production processing.It is urgent to study and develop new drying and processing technology that can guarantee the quality of Radix Codonopsis.
