摘要:目的 UV法测定黑河流域不同产地黑果枸杞果实中花青素的含量,为今后其研究提供科学依据。方法本文采用超声波辅助溶剂提取法及正交设计,研究各因素对提取工艺的影响,优选最佳提取条件,即料液比1:40,提取时间25 min,乙醇浓度70%,并用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂进行纯化。结果采用UV法测得黑河流域21个不同产地黑果枸杞中花青素含量,其中青海最高2.74 g/100g,甘肃金塔次之2.30 g/100g,新疆、内蒙的较低,分别为1.615、1.40 g/100g。结论 UV法方便快捷,稳定性好,结果可靠。
Objective To determine the anthocyanin in Lycium ruthenicum Murr from different producing areas in hei river basin by UV, and provide scientific basis for the further rational utilization. Methods This study used the ultrasonic solvent-assistied extraction method and orthogonal design to analysis the effect of different factors on extraction technology, and the optimal process conditions were obtained: solid-liquid ratio 1 : 40, extraction time 20 min, ethanol concentration 70%, and purified by AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin. Results The anthocyanin contents in Lycium ruthenicum Murr from 21 different producing areas in hei river basinwere determined by UV. The results showed: the anthocyanin content from Qinghai was uppermost, it was 2.74 g/100 g, then Gansu Jinta followed, the anthocyanin content was 2.30 g/100 g, and the anthocyanin content from Xinjiang and Neimeng was 1.615 g/100 g and 1.40 g/100 g respectively. Conclusion The UV technique was rapid and convenient, its stability was good, and the result was reliable.
