摘要：本文以“夹脊穴”为关键词,检索中国期刊全文数据库2014—2019年临床应用夹脊穴的文献412篇,通过整理归纳,发现临床应用华佗夹脊穴治疗各系统疾病已达70种以上,同时总结华佗夹脊穴的优势病种及作用特点,并从传统医学及现代医学角度阐述了夹脊穴的作用机制,以期为日后临床使用该穴提供参考。
This study retrieved the clinical applications of Jiaji acupoints from the databases of CNKI from 2014 to 2019 by using the key word of"Jiaji acupoints".412 pieces of literature were reviewed,it found that there were more than 70 kinds of diseases could be treated by using Huatuo Jiaji points,at the same time,the dominant diseases treated by Huatuo Jiaji points were summarized and the action mechanism of Jiaji acupoints was expounded from the perspective of TCM and modem medicine,so as to provide clinical reference of the points in the future.
