摘要:脊髓损伤是最具破坏性的中枢性损伤之一,可引起受损部位以下肢体和躯干严重功能障碍。姜黄素因其抗炎、抗氧化、抗细胞凋亡等药理特性,近年来被广泛应用于神经系统疾病治疗。本文通过对相关研究成果系统总结,主要从调控炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞凋亡、脊髓微循环、胶质瘢痕形成、神经元再生方面对姜黄素保护脊髓损伤的作用机制进行综述,以期为姜黄素治疗脊髓损伤的创新药物研发与临床应用提供参考。
Spinal cord injury is one of the most devastating central injuries and can cause severe dysfunction of the limbs and trunk below the affected site.Curcumin has been widely used in the treatment of nervous system diseases in recent years due to its anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and anti-apoptosis pharmacological properties.Based on a systematic summary of relevant research results,this article mainly reviewed the mechanism of curcumin in protecting spinal cord injury from the aspects of regulating inflammation,oxidative stress,apoptosis,spinal cord microcirculation,glial scar formation,and neuron regeneration,in order to provide references for the development and clinical application of innovative drugs for curcumin in the treatment of spinal cord injury.
