摘要:目的通过研究当归中阿魏酸和藁本内酯在高(2 780 m)、中(2 570 m)、低(2 360 m)3个海拔梯度下的变化,研究当归品质对海拔的响应。方法在田间试验基础上,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定阿魏酸含量,气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析挥发油化学成分及相对含量。结果当归根中阿魏酸含量、挥发油收率及藁本内酯含量均随海拔升高而增加,高海拔阿魏酸含量显著高于低海拔(P<0.05);3个海拔藁本内酯与其异构体总量分别为58.99%,64.28%和65.29%,高海拔与低海拔间差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在一定的海拔范围内升高种植海拔有利于当归品质的形成。
Objective By studying the changes of ferulic acid and ligustilid on three different altitudes(2 780 m,2 570 m,2 360 m),to explore the response of quality of Angelic sinensis to altitude. Methods Based on the field experiments,ferulic acid was determined with HLPC,chemical constituents and relative amount of e ssential oil were analyzed with GC-MS. Results The contents of ferulic acid and ligustilide as well as the yield of essential oil showed rising tendency with increase of altitude. Ferulic acid had a significant difference between high and low altitude( P〈0. 05); Ligustilide and its isomer on three altitudes were 58. 99%,64. 28% and 65. 29%.There was a significant difference between high and low altitude( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Elevating planting altitude can improve the quality of Angelica sinensis.
