摘要：黄褐斑是一种以后天性色素沉着,面部出现褐色斑点为临床特征的皮肤疾病,因其病因复杂、发病率高,严重影响了患者的生活质量。针刺疗法作为传统医学中治疗黄褐斑的常用方法,因其操作简单,安全有效,近年来在临床应用广泛。本文从该病的病因病机入手,搜集整理近年来针刺治疗黄褐斑的相关文献,对针刺治疗黄褐斑的临床方法及作用机制进行系统阐述,旨在为临床治疗黄褐斑提供更多的方法和思路。
Melasma is a skin disease clinically characterized by acquired melanin deposition and brown spots on the face,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients due to its complex etiology and high incidence.Acupuncture therapy,as a common method of treating melasma in traditional medicine,has been widely used in the clinic in recent years because of its simple operation,safety and effectiveness.Starting from the etiology and mechanism of the disease,this paper collects and organizes the relevant literature on the treatment of melasma with acupuncture in recent years,and aims to provide more methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of melasma by systematically elaborating the clinical methods and experimental mechanisms of acupuncture treatment.
