摘要：查阅相关文献,从肛周疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛周瘙痒、肛门湿疹、术后感染5个方面对中药熏洗坐浴治疗肛肠病术后并发症的临床研究进行概述,发现中药熏洗坐浴治疗肛肠病术后并发症疗效显著,但在临床应用过程中仍存在纳入病例少、作用机制不明确等问题,故在今后的临床应用中应规范临床设计,增加病例数,并通过实验研究明确其作用机制,从而进一步提高临床疗效。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the clinical research of sitz bath with Chinese materia medica fumigation and washing( CMMFW) in the treatment of postoperative complications of anorectal disease from 5 aspects including perianal pain,perianal edema,perianal pruritus,eczema of anus and postoperative infection. It is found that sitz bath with CMMFW is effective in the treatment of postoperative complications of anorectal disease,however,there are still problems in clinical application such as fewer included cases,unclear mechanism of action. Therefore,it should standardize the clinical design,increase the number of cases and clarify the mechanism of action through experimental study in the future clinical application,so as to further improve the clinical efficacy.
