摘要：乡村医生处在我国农村三级医疗卫生服务体系的网底,扮演着基本医疗服务者、基本公共卫生服务者、农业生产者等职业角色.乡村医生集多种角色于一身,又处于多种角色集之中,存在着职业角色间冲突和职业角色外冲突现象.乡村医生职业角色冲突的产生,既有乡村医生管理规范变迁和多元角色期望等外部原因,也有自身业务素养和角色素养欠缺等内部原因.调适乡村医生职业角色冲突,需要采取宏观层面和微观层面相结合的手段.
Rural doctors in China take on multiple professional roles,including providing basic medical services,offering public health services,and participating in agricultural production.These multifaceted roles lead to various types of role conflicts,such as inter-role conflicts,external role conflicts.The causes of these occupational role conflicts are both external,including changes in rural healthcare management and diverse role expectations,and internal,such as deficiencies in professional skills and role comprehension.To mitigate these conflicts,a combination of macro-level and micro-level strategies should be employed.
