摘要：挤压综合征后急性肾损伤(CS-AKI)是发生于长时间挤压后出现的一种肾脏功能衰竭疾病,其病因主要涉及肾灌注不足、肾小管阻塞、氧化损伤等。现代医学治疗CS-AKI常采用早期液体复苏、碱化尿液、利尿等预防措施,以及肾脏替代、超高通量血液透析、血液吸附等治疗手段。中医学则采用中药组方、中药单体、中药灌肠等特色治疗。分析现代医学及中医学治疗CS-AKI的现状,论述其发病机制及治疗方法,探讨现代医学及中医学治疗该病的方案及其优势与不足,为防治CS-AKI提供参考。
Acute kidney injury after crush syndrome(CS-AKI)is a kind of kidney failure disease that occurs after prolonged crush.The causes of CS-AKI are mainly related to renal hypoperfusion,renal tubule obstruction,and oxidative damage.Modern medical treatment includes early fluid resuscitation,preventive measures such as alkalized urine and diuresis,and treatments such as renal replacement therapy,ultra-high throughput hemodialysis,and blood adsorption.Traditional Chinese medicine adopts traditional Chinese medicine prescription,traditional Chinese medicine monomer,traditional Chinese medicine enema,and other special treatments.By analyzing the current status of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CS-AKI,the pathogenesis and treatment methods were discussed,to discuss the treatment plan,advantages,and disadvantages of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for the disease,and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of CS-AKI.
