摘要:针对目前我国高职教育中存在的教学产出和职业需求脱节,学生毕业后缺乏创新意识和可持续发展能力等问题.提出了项目背景下"情景—达标"式教学模式,即:以职业需求为起点、以工作过程为导向,以项目为主线,建立以"目标"和"情境"为切入点的课程教学模式.不但抓住了高职院校职业能力培养的最薄弱环节——"目标"和"情境",而且提出了解决问题的具体办法与对策,并将这种教学模式应用于我校网络技术专业,实践证明这种教学模式对培养学生的职业能力、创新意识和可持续发展能力均优于传统教学模式.
According to the present disconnect situation of higher education output and professional requirements, lack of innovation consciousness and the sustainable development ability of students, this paper puts forward the "scene - standard" teaching mode. It takes the demand as a starting point,professional working process as goude, the project as the main line, the establish the course teaching mode with"target" and "context" as the breakthrough point. It captures the weak link of the vocational ability training in higher colleges, and puts forward the specific measures and counter-measures to solve the problem. This kind of teaching mode is applied to the major of network technology, proved that it is superior to the traditional teaching mode.
