摘要：目的 观察肌肉骨骼超声对女性膝骨关节炎患者膝关节功能的评估价值。方法 选择甘肃省中医药大学附属医院2023年10月至2024年10月收治的女性膝骨关节炎患者103例为观察组,另选同期于医院体检的健康女性100例为对照组。两组均给予肌肉骨骼超声检查。比较两组膝关节功能评分、滑膜厚度,分析滑膜厚度与膝关节功能的相关性。结果 观察组Lysholm评分低于对照组(P<0.05),滑膜厚度明显大于对照组﹙P<0.05﹚。以Lysholm评分的中位数及四分位数进行分组,Lysholm评分越高,滑膜厚度越小(P<0.05);对两者进行Spearman相关分析,滑膜厚度与膝关节功能呈负相关(r=-0.538,P=0.000)。结论 肌肉骨骼超声可有效评估女性膝骨关节炎患者的膝关节功能,测量其滑膜厚度,可为临床诊疗提供科学依据。
Objective:To observe the value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in evaluating knee joint function in female patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:103 female patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the observation group,and another 100 healthy women were selected as the control group.Both groups were given musculoskeletal ultrasound examination.The knee joint function score and synovial membrane thickness were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between synovial membrane thickness and knee joint function was analyzed.Results:The Lysholm score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the synovial membrane thickness was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).According to the median and quartile of Lysholm score,the higher Lysholm score,the smaller synovial thickness(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that synovial membrane thickness was negatively correlated with knee joint function(r=-0.538,P=0.000).Conclusion:Musculoskeletal ultrasound can effectively evaluate the knee joint function of female patients with knee osteoarthritis and measure the synovial membrane thickness,which can provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
