摘要:“三步三位手法”是我国已故骨伤科专家宋贵杰教授所创治疗脊柱及相关疾病的具有西部陇原特色正骨理筋手法,是根据人体脊柱生理和病理变化特点结合脊柱的解剖结构和生物力学特性,以“顺生理、逆病理”为理论基础,通过多年临床实践,综合临床疗效分析,不断传承创新发展基础上系统总结的一套完整的正骨理筋手法。对此手法在治疗脊柱慢性筋骨疾患的生物力学作用机制的研究尚不清楚,由此从“筋骨并重”探讨三步三位手法治疗脊柱慢性筋骨疾患的生物力学作用机制尤为重要,这将明确三步三位手法治疗脊柱慢性筋骨疾患所体现的“筋骨并重”“筋骨平衡”理论与生物力学作用机制,进一步丰富和发展中医理筋正骨手法治疗骨伤科各类疾病“筋骨并重”理论体系,对中医理筋正骨手法的创新发展具有深远意义。
The“three-step and three-position manipulation”was created by Professor Song Guijie,an expert of orthopedics in China,to treat spinal and related diseases.According to the physiological and pathological changes of the human spine combined with the anatomical structure and biomechanical characteristics of the spine,based on the theory of“cis-physiology,inverse pathology”,through many years of clinical practice,comprehensive clinical efficacy analysis,on the basis of continuous inheritance,innovation and development of a systematic summary of a complete set of orthopedic tendons.Therefore,it is very important to explore the biomechanical mechanism of“three-step and three-position manipulation”in the treatment of chronic spinal diseases,which will be of great significance for the innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
