摘要：颈性眩晕属临床多发病,难治病,常规思路治疗效果不佳。应用张锡纯"心脑相通"论指导治疗效果满意。文章对"心脑相通"理论,进行阐述,指出颈性眩晕(肝阳上亢型)伴焦虑、抑郁患者治疗效果最佳,列举其治疗启示。
Cervical vertigo is a clinical frequently-occurring and refractory disease,and general therapeutic measures do not work well.Zhang xichun’s theory of "heart-brain communication" was applied to guide the treatment with satisfactory results.This paper expounds this theory,It is pointed out that cervical vertigo(hyperactivity of liver Yang) with anxiety and depression has the best therapeutic effect,and listed out the inspiration for the treatment of this disease.
