摘要：目的:总结慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者睡眠呼吸障碍(SDB)管理的证据,为制订科学、有效的CHF合并SDB提供循证依据。方法:根据证据金字塔式方法,检索国内外数据库中与CHF合并SDB相关的文献。检索时限为建库至2024年。结果:最终纳入文献16篇。从CHF合并SDB评估与监测、机械通气、手术、药物干预、家庭管理5个方面汇总了20条最佳证据。结论:该研究总结了CHF合并SDB管理的最佳证据,可为临床工作者提供参考,指导CHF患者改善睡眠质量。
Objective:To summarize the evidence for the management of sleep-disordered breathing(SDB)in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and provide evidence-based support for developing scientific and effective treatment plans for CHF patients with SDB.Methods:Literature related to CHF patients with SDB was searched in domestic and international databases using the evidence pyramid method.The search period was from database inception to 2024.Results:Sixteen articles were ultimately included.Twenty pieces of best evidence were summarized from five aspects:assessment and monitoring of CHF patients with SDB,mechanical ventilation,surgery,pharmacological intervention,and home management.Conclusion:This study summarizes the best evidence for the management of CHF patients with SDB,which can provide a reference for clinicians and guide CHF patients in improving their sleep quality.
