摘要:目的研究不同处理对四倍体黄芩D20扦插生根的影响,探索促进四倍体黄芩D20扦插繁殖的最佳条件。方法采用单因素完全随机设计试验和大棚套小弓棚育苗盘扦插育苗方法,以四倍体黄芩D20茎梢作为繁殖材料,研究插穗长度、生根粉(ABT1号)质量浓度、遮光度和水分调控对四倍体黄芩D20生根率、平均根数、平均根长和生根指数的影响。结果各试验因素中,生根效果最佳的处理分别为:插穗长度为3~4 cm时,生根率和生根指数分别为(57.7±6.11)%,680.3±120.62;生根粉质量浓度为100 mg/L时,生根率和生根指数分别为(64.7±14.57)%,902.9±472.62;遮光度为25%时,生根率和生根指数分别为(6.3±0.58)%,48.8±14.63;水分调控为60%~<75%时,生根率和生根指数分别为(14.0±4.00)%,96.4±15.23。结论四倍体黄芩D20扦插繁殖时选择分生能力旺盛的茎梢作为插穗,合理控制水分和适当遮阴并给予一定质量浓度的生根粉处理,可有效促进其生根。
Objective To study the effects of different treatments on the rootage of cuttage propagation of tetraploid Scutellaria baicalensis D20 and to explore the best conditions for promoting the cuttage propagation thereof.Methods A single factor and complete random design,and the method of raising seedlings by cuttage propagation in nursery tray in greenhouse with a small inner bow shed suspended in a large outer shed were adopted.Using stem tips of tetraploid Scutellaria baicalensis D20 as propagation material,the effects of cuttings length,rooting powder(ABT1)mass concentration,shading degree and moisture regulation and control on rooting percentage,average root number,average root length and rooting index of it were studied.Results Among the experimental factors,the treatment with the best rooting effect was that the rooting rate and rooting index were(57.7±6.11)%and 680.3±120.62,respectively,when the cutting length was 3 to 4 cm,respectively;When the mass concentration of rooting powder was 100 mg/L,the rooting rate and rooting index were(64.7±14.57)%and 902.9±472.62,respectively;When the shading degree was 25%,the rooting rate and rooting index were(6.3±0.58)%and 48.8±14.63,respectively;When the moisture regulation and control was 60%to less than 75%,the rooting rate and rooting index were(14.0±4.00)%and 96.4±15.23,respectively.Conclusion The rooting of tetraploid Scutellaria baicalensis D20 can be effectively promoted by selecting the stem tips with strong meristematic ability as cuttings,reasonably controlling moisture,proper shading and giving a certain mass concentration of rooting powder.
