摘要：文章从"以患者为中心"的角度,将全程人文关爱与医患信任沟通、医患共同体、医患保障机制、坚持医院公益性、精准医疗服务、加强人文教育等联系起来,进行了与医患关系的相关探讨。在医患矛盾不断增加,医患双方对彼此关系及信任度的评价持续下滑的背景下,就改善医患关系,笔者认为全程关爱患者,践行人文思想和精神,具有重要的现实意义,是构建和谐医患关系的必由之路。
From the ＂patient-centered＂ point of view, we combine all-course humanistic care with the communication between doctors and patients, doctor-patient trust community, medical safeguard mechanism, hospitals＇ adherence to public welfare, precision medical service, and strengthening of humanistic education in the discussion about the doctor-patient relationship. We think that the practice of humanistic idea and spirit in the whole course and all sides of medical service is very important and the only way to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship against the background of increasing doctor-patient conflicts and declining trust between doctors and patients.
