摘要：目的:探讨中医护理对膝关节镜术后患者的影响。方法:将膝关节镜术后患者106例随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组在关节镜术后进行常规护理,试验组在此基础上进行中医特色护理,观察出院前2组患者关节疼痛、关节功能恢复、住院时间等情况以及患者满意度。结果:试验组患者VAS评分和住院时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而Lysholm关节功能评分试验组为(74.23±21.54)分,对照组为(65.17±13.33)分,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);患者满意度试验组均高于对照组。结论:膝关节镜术后中医护理有助于改善关节疼痛、促进关节功能恢复、提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the influence of TCM nursing on the patients after knee arthroscopy.Methods: All 106 patietns were separated into the test group and the control group randomly, and the test group accepted TCM-featured nursing after routine care and knee arthroscopy. The patients' satisfaction degrees, joint pain,joint functional recovery and hospitalization time of the patients were observed before discharging. Results: The test group was lower than the control group obviously in VAS scales and hospitalized time(P <0.05); Lysholm joint function scales of the test group were(74.23±21.54), evidently higher than(65.17±13.33) of the control group(P<0.05);the test group was higher than the control group apparently in the patients' satisfaction degrees. Conclusion: TCM nursing given to the patients after knee arthroscopy is helpful to improve joint pain, promote the recovery of joint function and improve knee the patients' satisfaction degrees.
