摘要：溃疡性结肠炎近年来在我国发病率激增,其难治性体现在病程极易反复而导致病情恶化,甚至引发癌症。明确溃疡性结肠炎缓解期是防复发的黄金时期,强调该时期"养"重于"治",以中国传统医学经典《黄帝内经》养生思想进行指导,用"顺应自然、形神兼养、养精护肾、调养脾胃"的养生方法,可从根源上改善患者整体机体和心理状态。有研究显示肠道菌群失调是溃疡性结肠炎反复发作的重要因素,提示中医从《黄帝内经》养生思想调养溃疡性结肠炎可从平衡肠道菌群方面做进一步探讨。
Ulcerative colitis has been increasing rapidly in China in recent years,and its refractory is manifested in the course of disease easily repeated,leading to deterioration of the condition and even cancer. Clear remission of ulcerative colitis is a golden period for the prevention of the recurrence period,emphasizing the ＂ cultivation＂ to ＂ governance＂,to China traditional medicine classic ＂ Huangdi Neijing＂ thought guidance, ＂ health method conforming to nature,spirit and culture,Yangjing kidney,spleen and stomach＂,from the source to improve the whole body and the psychological state of patients. Research shows that intestinal flora is an important factor in recurrent ulcerative colitis,suggesting that traditional Chinese medicine from ＂ Huangdi Neijing＂ thoughts of ulcerative colitis can be nursed back to health from the balance of intestinal flora for further study.
