摘要:目的观察翻转课堂在经络腧穴学“经脉病候”教学中的应用效果。方法选取甘肃中医药大学2017级针灸推拿专业本科生158人,随机设立A班为试验组(78人),B班为对照组(80人),试验组采用翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,12周后比较2组学生的理论考试成绩、自主学习能力评分及教学满意度。结果试验组学生的理论考试总成绩、理解题成绩、病例分析题成绩均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,试验组学生认为翻转课堂教学模式更有利于加强师生互动,提高学习主动性,培养分析问题、解决问题的能力,增强课堂参与感,且喜欢该教学模式,2组对以上评价项目的满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);试验组学生的自我管理能力、获取信息能力、学习合作能力评分及自主学习能力总评分均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将翻转课堂教学模式运用于经络腧穴学“经脉病候”教学中,能够调动学生的自主学习积极性,提高学生的理论考试成绩及自主学习能力,提升教学质量,且学生满意度高。
Objective To observe the application effect of flipped classroom in the teaching of"Meridian symptoms"in the course of Meridians and Acupoints.Methods A total of 158 undergraduates of acupuncture and massage major were selected from Grade 2017,Gansu university of traditional Chinese medicine,and class A was set as the experimental group(78)and class B as the control group(80).The experimental group adopted flipped classroom teaching mode and the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.After 12 weeks,the theoretical test scores,independent learning ability scores and teaching satisfaction of the students in the two groups were compared.Results The total scores of theory examination,and scores of comprehension questions and case analysis questions of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the students in the experimental group believed that flipped classroom teaching mode was more conducive to strengthening teacher-student interaction,improving learning initiative,cultivating the ability to analyze and solve problems,and enhancing class participation,and liked this teaching mode.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in satisfaction with the above evaluation items(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The scores of self-management ability,information acquisition ability,learning cooperation ability,and the total scores of independent learning ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom teaching mode in the teaching of"Meridian symptoms"in the course of Meridians and Acupoints can stimulate students'initiative in independent learning,improve students'theoretical examination scores and independent learning ability,improve teaching quality and students'satisfaction.
