摘要:本文以LBPI/1小鼠为对象,就中药莪术对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核及骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率的影响进行观察。结果表明,用高于临床常用最大剂量2-4倍的莪术煎液灌喂小鼠,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率及骨髓细胞SCE频率均未见增高。提示莪术作为抗肿癌药物,未显示遗传毒性,可在临床广泛使用。
The study was designed to investigate the effects of Rhizoma Zedoariae(RZ)on the occurrences of micronucleus of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes(PCE)and frequencies of sister chromatid exchange(SCE)of marrow cell in LBPI/1 mice.The results showed that the decoction of RZ neither induce the occurrencies of micronucleus nor SCE frequencies when the mice was taken the dose that is maximal as clinic two to four. These suggested that TZ dose not have toxiogenetical effects as an antineoplastic drug,it may be applied extensively in clinic.
