摘要:磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Proten Kinase B,Akt)/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(m TOR)信号通路是人体细胞内重要的信号转导通路,参与了细胞生长、增殖、分化、蛋白质合成、葡萄糖转运及血管生成等大量细胞生命活动。糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)发生发展的不同阶段都有该通路的参与。本文对PI3K/Akt/m TOR信号通路与DR发展的关系以及该通路在DR进展中的作用机制研究进行综述,以期为DR的靶向治疗提供一定的新思路。
The phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Akt/mammalian target of rapamycin signalling pathway is an important signal transduction pathway in human cells.This pathway is involved in many cellular life activities,such as cell growth,proliferation,differentiation,protein synthesis,glucose transport,and angiogenesis.Different stages of the development of diabetic retinopathy are related to the PI3 K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway.In order to provide some new ideas for targeted treatment of DR,this article reviews the relationship between the PI3 K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway and the development of DR,and the role of this pathway in the DR process.
