摘要：目的 分析中医针灸综合治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的影响。方法 选取2023年6月至2024年6月收治的110例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(n=55)、研究组(n=55)。对照组开展常规治疗,研究组则在常规治疗基础上开展中医针灸综合治疗。对比两组的治疗效果,以及治疗前、后的疼痛感、直腿抬高角度、功能障碍、腰椎功能、炎症指标及生活质量。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为94.55%,较对照组的78.18%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷(ODI)、日本骨科协会(JOA)各维度评分及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平较对照组更低,直腿抬高角度较对照组更大,生命质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 中医针灸综合治疗用于腰椎间盘突出症患者中可提高疾病治疗效果,缓解疼痛感、功能障碍,进一步提高患者直腿抬高角度、腰椎功能及生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 110 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into control group(n=55)and study group(n=55)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was given routine treatment,while the study group was given comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effect,and the pain,straight leg elevation angle,dysfunction,lumbar function,inflammation indexes and quality of life before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.55%,which was higher than 78.18%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index Questionnaire(ODI),each dimension of Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)and the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the straight leg elevation angle was larger than that in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion for patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve the therapeutic effect of the disease,relieve pain and dysfunction,and further elevate the straight leg elevation angle,lumbar function and quality of life of patients.
