摘要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者出现低血糖恐惧(FoH)相关的因素。方法采用低血糖恐惧调查表-忧虑量表(HFSⅡ-WS)对83例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,分析FoH发生的相关因素。结果年龄、低血糖频次与FoH的发生呈正相关,而病程、医疗支付方式与FoH的发生呈负相关。结论对新发病患者、老年患者、频发低血糖及个人自付比例高的患者应加强心理干预,做好疾病的管理及健康教育指导。
Objective To analyze the related risk factors of hypoglycemia fear appear in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A questionnaire survey by using hypoglycemia fear anxiety scale was conducted on 83 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Statistical method was used to analyze the related factors of hypoglycemia fear. Results The age,hypoglycemia frequency was positive correlated with the occurrence of and hypoglycemia fear,while the courts e of disease and payment pattern of medical insurance were negatively associated with the occurrence of hypoglycemia fear. Conclusion Strengthened psychological intervention,disease management and health education should be carried out in patients with new onset disease,advanced age,frequent hypoglycemia and high self-paid ratio of medical insurance.
